- Short Term
We can review and area and identify the sites with planning potential – brownfield or otherwise with a 1 – 2-year planning timeframe.
- Medium Term
We can review and identified y sites with medium term potential so 2 – 5 years planning horizon, which may involve an element of planning policy promotion, or slightly more complex larger sites which take longer to progress the planning system.
- Longer term
We can review and identify longer term strategic sites with potential delivery within 5+ years, either through planning assessment of settlements or local authority areas.
- Detailed Study
If you lack team resources or simply want to delegate some tasks, we can support you with undertaking, land registry, highways, technical and other supporting searches to substantiate your site finding requirements.
- General Site Finding
We prepare speculative assessment of sites within local authority areas and issue these to our contacts.
