Kevin Petley

Kevin is a recognised strategic development and business transformation specialist and has a non-executive role on Urbanissta’s board. Kevin’s extensive general managerial background and experience as a board member and chair, enables him to lead cross-functional teams to achieve significant change within businesses. Kevin is a key advisor in directing Urbanissta, helping the team to generate the best results across all levels of operations.
Jo Hanslip
Qualifications — BA (Hons), BPL, MRTPI, Dip GD KLC
Urbanissta Ltd was established in January 2011 by Jo Hanslip who set the Company up having spent the previous 8 years working as a senior Director for Redrow Homes Plc. She previously worked for the House Builders Federation (HBF); Babtie and various local authorities across England. Jo has been a member of the RTPI since 1998.
Elizabeth Young

As Operations Lead at Urbanissta, Elizabeth supports the team in translating ideas into well-structured, executable plans. She focuses on maintaining operational flow, aligning priorities, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
Akeem Iginla
Operations Director
Qualifications — BSC, LL.B, LL.M, MA
Akeem previously worked as Director of Alade Iginla & Sons Ltd, later studied law and worked for Citizen Advice Bureau as Legal Case Officer. He is BSc, LL.B, LL.M and MA qualified. Given Akeem’s legal background he joined Urbanissta as a Director in early 2017. He has an MA in Urban and Regional Planning and is working towards RTPI Membership. Akeem is responsible for reinforcing the company’s HR procedures consistently and fairly as well as managing the Company's legal polices and wider H&S and other compliance matters. He has also worked on a wide range of major residential planning applications and other planning priorities.
Claire Winterflood
Communications & PR
Qualifications — MCIPR
Claire has run her own business since 2002 and has worked on large schemes such as Grand Union Village, TW’s multi-million-pound regeneration project in West London where she oversaw the marketing and PR requirement of the project. She has allow worked on the Millennium Village, Basildon Town Centre, Ebbsfleet Garden City and Alton Estate in Wandsworth. She offers the full PR mix from community projects, planning consultation, newsletters, site launches and community Trusts.
Mark Sanderson
Qualifications — BA(Hons), PG Cert, MA, IHBC
Mark secured a degree in the History of Architecture and Design and an MA in Architectural Conservation and has an extensive track record in working on heritage and conservation projects across London, the South East and Midlands. Being member of the TBC Mark is an expert in heritage and conservation related matters.
