Proposals were explored with Croydon Council (via the CCURV Regeneration vehicle) for the redevelopment of this former NHS facility for 80 apartments.
Negotiations progressed significantly and then following a change in Committee structure, the site was withdrawn from the CCURV Regeneration vehicle and proposed as a school site.
