Application was submitted in 2016 in the knowledge that Lewes Council had a deficit in their 5 -year land supply and the strategy was to submit in anticipation of an appeal.
As anticipated Lewes Council refused the application and on reflection Persimmon determined that the site was too small for them commercially, and allowed their interest in the land to lapse.
No appeal was not submitted.
