North East Redbourn

Acting for Lands Improvement Holdings Ltd, we are currently providing planning and communications support for a major residential-led development proposal to the north east of Redbourn.

The emerging scheme comprises proposals for up to 1,000 dwellings alongside associated infrastructure, open space and supporting development.

Our role includes the preparation and coordination of an outline planning application, together with ongoing strategic planning and promotion work linked to the evolving local planning policy context.

Works have included Local Plan promotion activities throughout all stages of the St Albans City and District Council Local Plan process and associated examination proceedings, helping to support the progression of the site within the wider growth strategy for the area.

The project is currently progressing towards submission of the outline planning application.
