After 4 years of seeking to secure planning permission, the clients approached us to assist in securing planning permission on this locally politically contentious site.

Advising on the planning strategy to secure permission for a single dwelling on this development plot, an application was prepared and submitted and despite an officers recommendation for approval, members of the North Hertfordshire planning committee refused permission in November 2018.

An appeal was submitted and the planning Inspectorate granted permission in 19th August 2019.

The clients are due to commence construction. No ongoing involvement required.
