Hall Road, Rochford

Acting for Croudace Homes, we delivered a programme of community engagement activities to support the outline planning application for a residential-led scheme of up to 325 homes at Hall Road, Rochford.

Our communications strategy was developed to support the preparation and submission of the outline application, helping to ensure local residents, stakeholders and community representatives were informed and able to engage with the emerging proposals throughout the consultation process.

The engagement programme has now been completed and included:

• Establishment and management of a dedicated project microsite
• Organisation and distribution of community engagement mailshots and newsletters
• Coordination and management of an online survey questionnaire
• Preparation of the Statement of Community Involvement to accompany the planning submission
• Attendance at parish pre-submission presentations and stakeholder meetings
