We are continuing to assist Redrow Homes Eastern with a complex and protracted planning process in Goffs Oak, Cheshunt.

s106 to Outline, Reserved Matters & Condition Discharge.
Reserved Matters approved, decision notice issued on 24th December 2020. The majority of Condition Discharge applications approved. Construction commenced.
Resolution to grant outline planning permission was approved by Committee in May 2018 for a mixed-use scheme comprising 360 dwellings, retail provision, older persons housing and associated open spaces on land within the wider Rosedale Park housing allocation.
Acting for Redrow Homes Eastern, we provided ongoing planning support through the progression from Section 106 negotiations to outline planning permission, Reserved Matters applications and Condition Discharge submissions.
The project involved complex Section 106 negotiations over a 17-month period, including extensive engagement with the local planning authority and adjoining landowners connected to the wider allocation. In parallel, detailed pre-application discussions were undertaken to progress the Reserved Matters and Condition Discharge applications efficiently and support the delivery programme.
Reserved Matters approval was secured, with the decision notice issued on 24 December 2020. Condition discharge applications have also been approved, and development is now well progressed on site.
