Planning application for the development of 340 dwellings with associated garages; creation of vehicular accesses; footpath links; public open space; biodiversity enhancement area and associated infrastructure was finally granted by the Council after much debacle and opposition from some residents and Parish Council. The site is situated in Welshpool Road, Shrewsbury West, within Shropshire Council.

A detailed planning application was submitted in April 2020 for the redevelopment of land formerly in agricultural and commercial use to deliver 345 new homes.

Working alongside the wider consultant team, the project progressed through a series of reserved matters submissions, helping to refine and shape the emerging development proposals.

Planning permission was successfully secured, with development now underway on site, marking the transformation of the former landholding into a significant new residential community.
