Withdrawn A detailed planning application was submitted Telford & Wrekin Council in 2025, following pre-application engagement. The application was withdrawn to enable design revisions to be made.
Acting for Morro Partnerships, we provided planning support for affordable housing proposals at Lightmoor Road, Telford & Wrekin.
The scheme sought full planning permission for the delivery of 52 affordable homes, helping to support the provision of high-quality and accessible housing within the area.
Following pre-application engagement, a detailed planning application was submitted to Telford & Wrekin Council in 2025. The application was subsequently withdrawn to allow for further design revisions and refinement of the proposals prior to resubmission.
